What You'll Do
- Manage care for critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III NICU
- Provide evidence-based, individualized care in a high-volume environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and research nurses
- Support stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care management for fragile newborns
- Participate in clinical decision-making and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Engage in mentorship and professional development opportunities, especially for new graduates
- Support hospital and community integration efforts to enhance patient outcomes
What You Need
Required: - Active Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
- Certification in BLS and NRP
- Relevant experience in neonatal intensive care (preferred but not mandatory for new grads)
Preferred: - Experience in high-acuity neonatal environments
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
