What You'll Do
  • Manage care for critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III NICU
  • Provide evidence-based, individualized care in a high-volume environment
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and research nurses
  • Support stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care management for fragile newborns
  • Participate in clinical decision-making and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
  • Engage in mentorship and professional development opportunities, especially for new graduates
  • Support hospital and community integration efforts to enhance patient outcomes
What You Need
Required:
  • Active Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
  • Certification in BLS and NRP
  • Relevant experience in neonatal intensive care (preferred but not mandatory for new grads)

Preferred:
  • Experience in high-acuity neonatal environments
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
