What You ll Do
  • Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries across multiple hospitals in Jacksonville, FL
  • Attend and support deliveries (no transport responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
  • Function with a high level of autonomy supported by in-house neonatologist coverage and on-call backups
  • Maintain high standards of neonatal care aligned with organizational policies and best practices
  • Document and monitor patient progress, ensuring optimal outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
What You Need
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
  • Neonatal or related pediatric certification preferred
  • Minimum of insert required years years of clinical experience in neonatal or pediatric settings
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible extended shifts and adapt to evolving clinical needs
