What You ll Do
- Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries across multiple hospitals in Jacksonville, FL
- Attend and support deliveries (no transport responsibilities)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
- Function with a high level of autonomy supported by in-house neonatologist coverage and on-call backups
- Maintain high standards of neonatal care aligned with organizational policies and best practices
- Document and monitor patient progress, ensuring optimal outcomes
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
What You Need
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
- Neonatal or related pediatric certification preferred
- Minimum of insert required years years of clinical experience in neonatal or pediatric settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible extended shifts and adapt to evolving clinical needs
