Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (competitive salary based on experience; salary expectations can be submitted upon application)

What You ll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a 28-bed Level III NICU
• Participate in an in-house NNP model delivering 24/7 coverage
• Manage an average of 19 NICU patients daily
• Support approximately 2,700 deliveries per year
• Perform neonatal rounds, assessments, and ongoing patient management
• Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
• Perform neonatal procedures based on clinical competency
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary NICU team
• Exercise autonomous clinical judgment in decision-making
• Support neonatal transport team as needed
• Contribute to a team-oriented, patient-centered practice environment
• Potentially participate in educational initiatives with medical students

What You Need:

• Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) license in Florida
• 1+ years of NICU experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible schedule and support 24/7 coverage
