As a Mobile Nurse Practitioner, you ll provide comprehensive primary care to medically complex patients in Board & Care Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout the San Fernando Valley & Antelope Valley, California
This is an ideal opportunity for an NP who values autonomy, relationship-based care, and practicing at the top of their license. You ll work alongside an interdisciplinary team committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable and underserved patients.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $120,000 $178,000 base salary + performance bonus

Qualifications:
- MSN from an accredited program and current NP certification
- At least 1 year of NP or equivalent advanced practice experience
- Active, unrestricted California RN and NP licenses
- Ability to travel throughout assigned areas of Los Angeles and Orange County
