What You ll Do
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Hematology/Oncology division at Henry Ford Health.
  • Collaborate on system-wide cancer care and research initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 40+ academic physicians.
  • Oversee clinical, academic, and research programs across multiple hospitals and outpatient locations.
  • Support and develop innovative inpatient and outpatient oncology care models.
  • Maintain a clinical practice ( 25%) providing direct patient care.
  • Engage in research activities, clinical trials, and academic growth.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to advance cancer treatment excellence.
What You Need
Required:
  • Medical License in Michigan
  • Completion of Hematology/Oncology Fellowship
  • Extensive experience in hematology/oncology (preferable leadership experience)
  • Proven ability to manage faculty, research programs, and clinical operations
  • EMR: Epic experience preferred

Preferred:
  • Prior leadership titles such as Vice Chair, Chief, Program Director, or Division Head
  • Experience overseeing large multi-hospital programs or academic centers
