What You ll Do
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Hematology/Oncology division at Henry Ford Health.
- Collaborate on system-wide cancer care and research initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of 40+ academic physicians.
- Oversee clinical, academic, and research programs across multiple hospitals and outpatient locations.
- Support and develop innovative inpatient and outpatient oncology care models.
- Maintain a clinical practice ( 25%) providing direct patient care.
- Engage in research activities, clinical trials, and academic growth.
- Work closely with senior leadership to advance cancer treatment excellence.
What You Need
Required: - Medical License in Michigan
- Completion of Hematology/Oncology Fellowship
- Extensive experience in hematology/oncology (preferable leadership experience)
- Proven ability to manage faculty, research programs, and clinical operations
- EMR: Epic experience preferred
Preferred: - Prior leadership titles such as Vice Chair, Chief, Program Director, or Division Head
- Experience overseeing large multi-hospital programs or academic centers
