RN Clinical Educator

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Educator to support our Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) team. In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate education for nurses and surgical staff to enhance cardiovascular surgical care. Responsibilities include onboarding, annual competencies, skills labs, and evidence-based practice initiatives that promote patient safety and quality outcomes. You will collaborate with CVOR leadership and physicians to identify learning needs, implement performance improvement, and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth in a high-acuity surgical environment.
