BJC HealthCare is seeking a Home Care Staffing Coordinator to support safe, timely patient care across our home care network. This role builds and adjusts daily and long-range schedules for nurses, therapists, and aides, matching staff availability, skills, and geography to patient needs. The Coordinator manages referrals, confirms visits, and communicates changes to patients and field staff, ensuring excellent service and access. Partnering with clinical leaders, you'll track productivity, resolve coverage gaps, update systems accurately, and support a mission-driven culture focused on compassion, quality, and community impact.
