Medical City Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse ICU to deliver high-acuity patient care in a fast-paced intensive care environment. You will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based nursing interventions, monitor complex hemodynamics and ventilators, administer medications, and coordinate multidisciplinary care. RNs will educate patients and families, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, support quality and safety initiatives, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with physicians to optimize outcomes using advanced clinical technology and data-driven protocols.
