Nurse Manager of Progressive Care

Medical City Healthcare seeks a Nurse Manager of Progressive Care to lead our high-acuity step-down unit. This on-site role oversees daily operations, staffing, and clinical quality to ensure safe, evidence-based patient care. The Nurse Manager supervises and mentors nursing staff, manages budgets and resources, and collaborates closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include driving performance improvement, patient safety, and satisfaction initiatives, maintaining regulatory compliance, and using clinical data to guide decisions. The ideal candidate has strong progressive care experience, proven leadership skills, and a BSN (MSN preferred).
