Job Description
Aveanna Healthcare seeks an In Home Healthcare LPN to provide low-acuity skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. The LPN will perform assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, provide wound and catheter care, and follow individualized care plans under RN or physician direction. This role includes educating patients and families, documenting in the EMR, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
