Job Description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an In Home Healthcare LPN to provide low-acuity nursing care for adult and pediatric patients in their homes. In this role, you'll deliver compassionate, patient-centered care including assessments, vital signs, medication administration, simple wound care, and monitoring of chronic conditions. You'll follow individualized care plans, collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families.
