Job Description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking compassionate Private Duty LPN/LVNs to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes. You will deliver bedside care, including assessments, medication administration, trach/vent and wound care, and monitoring of chronic and acute conditions for pediatric and adult patients. Collaborating with families and the clinical team, you'll follow individualized care plans, document accurately, and support safe, comfortable care in the home.
