Private Duty Nurse LPN/LVN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Private Duty Nurse LPN/LVN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes. You will deliver pediatric and adult care including assessments, medication administration, trach/vent and wound care, and implementation of individualized care plans. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support patient goals, safety, and comfort.
