VNS Health is seeking a dedicated Staff Home Health Aide to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in clients' homes throughout New York City. In this role, you will assist with personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders while observing and reporting changes in patient condition.
