Private Duty Nurse LPN

Aveanna Healthcare seeks a compassionate Private Duty Nurse LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes. In this role, you'll deliver pediatric and adult care including assessments, medication administration, trach/vent and G-tube management, and wound care. You'll follow individualized care plans, document accurately, and collaborate with families and the clinical team.
