As an RN Trauma Coordinator at HealthONE, you will coordinate multidisciplinary trauma care, ensuring adherence to evidence-based standards and trauma center requirements. You'll manage trauma data, drive performance improvement, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and EMS to optimize outcomes.
