- Support Staff Available: Manager, two APPs supporting three Interventional Radiologists
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE - Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
- Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (fast track possible)
- Credentialing Timeline: 90 days (with fast track)

- Needle biopsy

- UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization)
- Additional procedures: Ortho, Gyn, Urology cases
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Board: Board Certified in Interventional Radiology (Required)
- Licenses: Active Michigan Medical License (IMLC/compact not accepted)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (Required)
- Other Qualifications: Local provider preferred; clean malpractice and license history; NPDB self-query required
Duties & Responsibilities - Perform interventional radiology procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, biopsies, thrombolysis, and UFE.
- Provide hospital-based IR services during day-shift schedule (7 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday).
- Participate in Q3 call coverage, including every third weekday and every third weekend.
- Collaborate with a team of three interventional radiologists and two APPs to manage patient care.
- Consult with referring physicians on interventional radiology cases.
