Physician - Obstetrics and Gynecology
Job Details:
Outpatient clinic coverage only - no hospital rounding required
Full time position requiring at least 3 weeks per month, ASAP start with ongoing assignment
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (includes a 1-hour break)
8-hour daily guarantee with overtime applicable after 9 hours
No call, no weekends, and no holidays required
Locum to Perm candidates will be considered
Average of 19 patient encounters per shift
OB Generalist role supported by a Hospitalist Model with 24/7 MFM support
Covers OB/GYN outpatient clinic office consults
Comprehensive team includes REI, MFM, Gyn/Onc, and Uro/Gyn specialists
Manage low and high risk pregnancies
Perform FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE
Conduct OB ultrasounds including Level I/Screening and Level II/Targeted with performance and interpretation
Decision-making for c-sections required
Office and minor gynecology procedures required including IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP
Board certification required with BLS certification
Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
