Job Description
Doctors Hospital of Augusta is seeking a Surgery Recovery RN to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for post-operative patients in our PACU/recovery unit. The RN will assess and monitor patients post-surgery, manage pain and sedation, support airway and hemodynamic stability, administer medications, and respond rapidly to changes in condition. Responsibilities include patient education, care coordination with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety and infection-control standards in a fast-paced, patient-first environment.
