Led by Dr. Jacquiline Hakim, a double board-certified dermatologist and nationally recognized educator and trainer, our practice provides comprehensive medical, procedural, and cosmetic dermatology services in a highly personalized, patient-focused environment.

Client is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Dermatologist to join our growing practice and provide elevated, personalized dermatologic care to a discerning patient population.
This opportunity is ideal for a physician who enjoys practicing in a cosmetic-focused, private-pay, and PPO environment and values autonomy, flexibility, and a relationship-driven approach to patient care.
The successful candidate will have strong clinical expertise, a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences, and an interest in building long-term relationships within a high-touch dermatology setting.
This position offers a competitive base compensation structure with a significant commission opportunity and no earnings cap, providing substantial income potential for a motivated and entrepreneurial physician.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Care:
Provide comprehensive dermatologic services, including:
Preventive skin examinations
Medical dermatology evaluations and treatments
Cosmetic dermatology consultations and procedures
Minor surgical dermatologic procedures
Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with each patient's goals, preferences, and clinical needs.
Deliver evidence-based care while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.
Patient Experience & Relationship Building:
Provide a concierge-level patient experience focused on comfort, trust, and exceptional service.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with a sophisticated Beverly Hills patient population.
Communicate treatment options clearly and compassionately while ensuring patients feel informed and valued.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with medical providers, aestheticians, and administrative team members to support seamless patient care.
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative clinical culture.
