Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Locum Tenens Opportunity
Location: Utah
Openings: 1
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Position Overview
Employer sponsored primary care and wellness clinic.
Provide primary care and acute episodic care, with occupational health and work related injury visits as needed.
Patient population includes ages 2 years and older.
No nights and no weekends.
Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate and provide patient education focused on long term wellness.
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the practicing state.
National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Board Certification as a Physician Assistant.
DEA registration.
Comfort treating patients ages 2 years and older.
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
