• Physician with experience in Hospice and Palliative Medicine or a related clinical setting
• At least 1 year of experience required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible required
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents and clinical team members
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care

• Provide compassionate palliative care to patients with complex medical needs
• Collaborate with residents and support team-based patient care
• Manage a variable number of patient encounters per shift
• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused clinical assessment and treatment planning
• Contribute to a supportive and educational clinical environment
