Registered Respiratory Therapist

Lee Health is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our Gulf Coast Medical Center team. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based respiratory care to adult and pediatric patients across critical care, emergency, and acute units. Responsibilities include ventilator management, ABG sampling and interpretation, administering oxygen and aerosol therapies, performing respiratory assessments, and responding to rapid response and code situations. You will collaborate closely with physicians and nurses, educate patients and families, and support Lee Health's mission-driven, community-focused culture of safety, compassion, and continuous learning.
