In this leadership role, you'll coordinate patient care, support bedside nurses, and ensure safe, evidence based oncology practice. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, chemo/oncology treatment coordination, discharge planning, and family education. You'll oversee daily unit workflow, mentor and precept staff, promote quality and safety initiatives, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
