The Nurse Manager oversees daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and quality outcomes while ensuring evidence-based neurological and neurosurgical care. This role provides clinical leadership, mentors and develops RNs and support staff, and partners closely with physicians, rehab, and ancillary teams.
