As a Home Health RN Clinical Manager at Methodist Healthcare, you will lead a team of home health clinicians to deliver safe, high-quality care in patients' homes. You will oversee clinical operations, coordinate and prioritize patient caseloads, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, and monitor quality metrics and patient outcomes. Responsibilities include mentoring nurses, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, supporting staff education, and promoting best practices aligned with our mission-driven, patient-focused culture.
