Job Description
As an RN Emergency Room Flow Facilitator at HCA Healthcare, you will coordinate and optimize patient flow through a fast-paced Emergency Department. You'll use your ED clinical expertise to support triage, prioritize high-acuity patients, streamline admissions and discharges, and remove barriers to care. Partnering closely with physicians, nurses, and ancillary teams, you'll monitor throughput metrics, enhance patient experience, and uphold safety and quality standards.
