Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN for our Level III/IV NICU. In this leadership role, you will coordinate daily clinical operations, support bedside nurses, and ensure safe, evidence-based care for high-acuity newborns and their families. Responsibilities include staffing and patient flow oversight, mentoring and educating nurses, supporting complex procedures, and driving quality and safety initiatives. You will collaborate closely with neonatologists and the interdisciplinary team in a mission-driven, patient-focused environment with strong development and advancement opportunities.
