Work location:

·        6100 Harris Parkway Fort Worth, TX 76132

Work hours:

·         7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday – Friday rotating weekends and holidays. This position will require on call rotation to support our Clearfork facility.

Qualifications

:

  • High Diploma or Equivalent required

  • 4-year Journeyman or Master level trade License (electrical, plumbing, HVAC Contractor, etc.) required upon hire.
  • 1 year of Supervisory or Lead experience required
  • 3 years’ experience working in a healthcare facility preferred
  • Central plant experience with HVAC controls/BAS troubleshooting highly preferred
  • Advanced Building Automation System (BAS) expertise higly preferred  
  • DL - Driver’s License Upon Hire required
  • CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager) is highly preferred

·        Safety Operations & Regulatory Engineering
