Job Description
RWJBarnabas Health seeks a Special Procedure Technologist to perform advanced diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a patient-centered environment. In this role, you will prepare and position patients, operate specialized imaging equipment, follow physician protocols, and ensure accurate image acquisition for complex procedures. You will monitor patient status, maintain strict radiation safety and infection control standards, and document all procedures in the EMR. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied staff, support on-call or emergent cases, and participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives within our inclusive, innovative culture.
