Pediatric LVN

Aveanna Healthcare seeks a Pediatric LVN to provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, trach and vent care, G-tube management, and wound care, while following physician orders and care plans. You will monitor and document patient status, collaborate with families and the clinical team, and respond to changes in condition.
