As an RN Charge Trauma Ortho Neuro at HCA Healthcare, you will coordinate patient care on a high-acuity trauma, orthopedic, and neuro unit. You'll oversee daily assignments, support bedside nurses, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols. Responsibilities include monitoring complex post-surgical and trauma patients, guiding clinical decision-making, and collaborating with physicians and therapists.
