St. David's Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for Emergency Services. This role provides clinical leadership at the bedside, coordinating patient flow, staffing, and care delivery in a fast-paced ED. The Coordinator supports evidence-based practice, mentors and coaches nursing staff, and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality emergency care. Responsibilities include triage oversight, clinical decision support, patient and family education, and participation in performance improvement, staff development, and regulatory readiness initiatives.
