St. David's Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Float Pool - Critical Care team. In this role, you will provide high-acuity bedside care to ICU and step-down patients across multiple units, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, medication administration, ventilator and drips management, implementation of evidence-based care plans, and rapid response to changes in condition. RNs will precept as needed, document accurately in the EMR, support patient and family education, and uphold our culture of safety, compassion, and continuous clinical excellence.
