Nurse Practitioner, Lung Transplant Program

Boston Children's Hospital seeks a Nurse Practitioner for our Lung Transplant Program to deliver advanced care to pediatric patients before and after transplant. In this role, you'll perform comprehensive assessments, develop and adjust treatment plans, prescribe medications, and closely monitor graft function and complications. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families on the transplant journey, contribute to selection and quality initiatives, support research and data collection, and help advance innovative, compassionate care for children with complex lung disease.
