LVN Adult Home Health

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an LVN to provide skilled adult home health care in patients' homes. The LVN will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, manage wounds, monitor chronic conditions, and document in the EHR. This role collaborates with RNs, therapists, and physicians to follow individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and promote safety and independence at home.
