Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking Family Medicine physicians to join a well-established medical group. This opportunity arises due to provider transitions and upcoming retirements. Physicians will be employed directly with the group, with the option to remain employed or pursue shareholder status after two years.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care
- Maintain a 40-hour work week, including 35 patient-facing hours
- Participate in team-based care and collaborate with leadership on practice development
- Engage in community-focused primary care delivery
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Candidates with a couple years of experience preferred, but new graduates completing training in 2026 will be considered
- Must have at least five years of practice availability remaining
- Both American-trained and International Medical Graduates will be considered
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- 35 hours direct patient care, 5 hours administrative/other duties
Setting:
- Outpatient family medicine practice within a physician-led medical group
- Opportunity for shareholder status after two years of employment
