Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate SLP to provide home-based speech-language pathology services. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders for patients in their homes, developing individualized care plans that promote safety, independence, and quality of life. You'll collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, caregivers, and the broader care team to coordinate services and monitor progress.
