Pulmonology - Critical Care Physician

Position Overview:
Join a dynamic, physician-owned, multidisciplinary team at Pioneer Pulmonology, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine, leading the expansion of Interventional Pulmonology services in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Our program features state-of-the-art technology, a dedicated lung nodule clinic, and a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence, innovation, and whole-person care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostic including EBUS, robotic bronchoscopy, and pleural disease management. Therapeutic bronchoscopies are a welcomed additional service.
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical program development.
• Collaborate closely with thoracic surgery, oncology, and critical care teams.
• Mentor emerging pulmonary specialists and contribute to research and education.
• Support both inpatient and outpatient pulmonary care, including hybrid roles as needed.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and integrate new technologies into clinical practice.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO degree; Board Certified/Board Eligible.
• Fellowship training in Interventional Pulmonology preferred.
• Experience with robotic bronchoscopy and lung nodule management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
