- Case Mix: OB, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, General Surgery, GI, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Urology, and Interventional Spine
- No cardiac cases
- Certification: BLS and ACLS, MN license, NBCRNA
- 12 months of case logs required
- Temporary privileges available
