Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. Trauma level 2. 330-bed facility.
Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC ongoing. Shifts could be 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts between Monday-Friday. There is beeper call required and those shifts are from 7 pm - 7 am between Monday-Friday and then 7 am - 7 am on Sat/Sun.
Case Mix: Cardiac
Support Staff/Supervision: Care team model. Provider will have general Anesthesiologist + CRNA support. Provider will supervise CRNA's during the day, will sit cases solo when on call.
Certifications: BC/BE required. Must have CV fellowship/TEE certification
Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days
Active NH License: Highly preferred upfront
