Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner (Locum Tenens)
Location: Texas
Schedule: Shift-based coverage; schedule varies
Position Overview
Emergency department NP coverage in a collaborative EM model. Providers should be comfortable managing acute presentations and meeting site credentialing expectations.
Clinical Scope
Emergency department evaluation and management
Acute care procedures consistent with scope and site capability
Collaboration with physician coverage and nursing teams
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Texas RN and NP licenses
National NP certification
DEA registered to Texas address if required for the role
Current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS (per site requirements)
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify
