- No Call
- Primary need: nights, weekends, and holidays (days accepted but not the main need).
- Shift lengths: 8, 10, or 12 hours.
- Volume: 40,000 visits/year; 20-25 patient encounters per shift.
- Trauma: Level III; ED beds: 17; Admission rate: 15%.
- Procedures: Usual EM procedures (e.g., central lines, intubations, etc.).
- Consultants available: cardiology, nephrology, general surgery, podiatry, orthopedics, pediatrics, urology, tele-neurology, hospitalist.
- L&D present; ED does not receive newborn deliveries.
- EMR: Epic (all Mercy locations).
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, residency trained and Emergency Medicine BC, OK license
- Estimated credentialing time: 90 days.
