REGISTERED NURSE

The University of Vermont Health Network seeks an Office Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care in our outpatient practices. In this role, you'll perform assessments, triage, administer medications and vaccines, support providers with exams and minor procedures, and coordinate follow-up care. You'll document in the EMR, provide patient and family education, and participate in quality and population health initiatives. Working in our collaborative, academic environment, you'll help advance evidence-based care and serve diverse communities across Vermont and northern New York.
