The University of Vermont Health Network seeks a Staff Pharmacist to provide safe, accurate, and timely medication therapy across inpatient and outpatient settings. In this collaborative, academic environment, you will verify and dispense orders, perform clinical review, counsel patients, and support providers with evidence-based recommendations. Responsibilities include sterile and non-sterile compounding, medication reconciliation, formulary adherence, and regulatory compliance.
