St. David's Medical Center seeks a Newborn Nursery Nursing Manager to lead clinical and operational activities in our newborn nursery. This role oversees nursing staff, ensures safe, evidence-based care, manages staffing and scheduling, and drives quality and patient-satisfaction outcomes. The manager collaborates with neonatologists, obstetric teams, and ancillary services, supports policy development, and ensures regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include budget input, staff hiring, mentoring, performance evaluations, education initiatives, and fostering a culture of compassionate, family-centered care and continuous professional improvement.
