St. David's Medical Center is seeking a Newborn Nursery Nursing Manager to lead our compassionate neonatal care team. This role oversees daily operations of the newborn nursery, ensuring safe, evidence-based nursing care for healthy and at-risk infants. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, mentoring, and performance evaluation; collaboration with neonatologists, obstetricians, and lactation consultants; implementing clinical protocols and quality initiatives; managing budgets and resources; and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Ideal candidates are experienced RNs with strong leadership, communication, and patient-family centered care skills.
