St. David's Medical Center is seeking a Postpartum Newborn Nursery Nursing Manager to lead clinical operations for our mother-baby and newborn nursery units. This role oversees nursing staff, patient flow, and evidence-based care for postpartum patients and newborns, ensuring exceptional safety, quality, and family-centered support. The manager will coordinate staffing, budgets, and compliance with regulatory standards, mentor and develop nurses, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and drive quality improvement initiatives within our patient-centered, collaborative culture.
