A community healthcare network is actively seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join their primary care team in Kingston, NY.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday business hours
- Setting: 100% outpatient
- Patient population: all ages
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services in alignment with clinical standards and practice guidelines
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions
- Promote health, wellness, and disease prevention through patient education and counseling
- Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
- Collaborate with the care team on screenings, health promotion, special projects, and committee work
Qualifications:
- Fluent Spanish language skills
- The completion an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- At least 1 year of outpatient primary care experience seeing all ages
- NP licensure in the state of New York
