- Shift: 6am-6pm in-house, on-call 6pm-6am, 24 hours/day

- Experience: Previous neonatal intensive care experience preferred

What You ll Do: - Provide neonatal intensive care in a Level III NICU setting
- Manage respiratory support including ventilators and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) therapy
- Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, central line insertions, paracentesis, spinal taps, and exchange transfusions
- Support stabilization and transport of surgical cases and critically ill infants
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and pediatric specialists
- Utilize full diagnostic equipment, electronic health records (Cerner), and support services from affiliated pediatric specialists
What You Need: - Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Michigan
- NRP certification required; Neonatology certification preferred
- Proven experience in neonatal intensive care
- Key skills: procedural competency, teamwork, strong clinical judgment, ability to work flexible shifts
